THE DESIGNER
Αιθήρ was founded by Alkistis, a jewelry designer based in Athens with a background in architecture and interior design.
After studying architecture in London and interior design at AKTO in Athens, she turned her attention to jewelry in 2019, exploring the craft through jewelry-making courses and developing a personal language rooted in form, structure and texture.
In 2020, Αιθήρ was born — an independent jewelry brand where architectural influences meet the raw, tactile nature of handmade objects.
JEWELRY AS SCULPTURE
Αιθήρ creates sculptural jewelry in 925 sterling silver, shaped around bold forms, organic lines and distinctive textures.
Each piece begins as an idea and develops through the hands of the designer, balancing the rawness of the material with a considered, contemporary aesthetic.
The result is jewelry designed not simply to complement a look, but to become part of it.
Most Αιθήρ designs begin in wax.
The form is shaped by hand, refined through a process of carving and building, and then brought to life in 925 sterling silver through the lost-wax casting method.
Once cast, each piece is carefully finished by hand until it reaches its final form.
Made to order, each piece passes through the hands of the designer from the first form to the finished piece.

Αιθήρ is based in Athens, where each piece is designed, developed and handcrafted.
The brand works with local suppliers and casting partners, keeping the making process close to home and supporting the small businesses that bring each design to life.
From the first sketch to the final finish, every piece is part of a local, hands-on process.
